Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, it is shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Please note that during holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Restored Grace operates as a dropshipping boutique, which allows us to offer thoughtfully curated styles without overproduction.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and items ordered.
Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly noted at checkout.

Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. This is normal for dropshipping and helps ensure faster delivery from multiple suppliers.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Restored Grace is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at restoredgracetx@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
